Johnston & Jeff Dried Calciworms are the larvae of the Black Soldier Fly Hermetia Illucens , offering an exceptional supplement for wild birds due to their high calcium content—about 50 times more than other insects or worms. Calcium is essential for a robust skeletal system, egg development, muscle contraction, and numerous metabolic functions. These worms also enhance the absorption of phosphorus, another critical mineral for birds. High in protein and fat, Dried Calciworms are nutritious and palatable, making them an ideal food source. Feed them year-round, particularly during winter and spring, to support birds during the nesting season.

We offer local delivery in Warrington areas on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Delivery is free on orders over £50, or from just £3 for smaller orders.
Nationwide delivery across mainland UK is handled by DPD Local, with fully tracked services and a 1-hour delivery window, available. Prices start from £3.95, with most orders dispatched the same day if placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday).
If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they're unused and in original condition. Faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours for a refund or replacement.
