Here at Pets Pantry NW Ltd we try to make your internet shopping experience as easy as possible. 

When confirmation of your order is received this will mean we have received your order, but does not confirm our acceptance of the order.

Your order will have been accepted on despatch of the goods. 

We accept Visa/Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Credit, Maestro and JCB

Orders received before 3.00pm will be processed the same day. When we start processing your order this is when your selected delivery time frame begins.

We are more than happy to deliver your goods to any address of your choice; however for your own peace of mind and security we ask that the first delivery is to the registered card address.

This will help prevent fraud in the event of your card being stolen or compromised; we hope that you agree with us on this extra security measure.

Occassionally a product may have a stocking issue and we will contact you if we cannot make your delivery time selection. If you decide at this point not to extend the waiting period a full refund will be given

Returns 

All pictures on our website are for illustration purposes only and delivered goods may vary.

We endeavour to make sure the prices, offers and descriptions are as stated; however prices and descriptions are subject to change. 

Your rights to return goods are covered under the EU distance selling directive.

Any of these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory right.

You may cancel/return an order at anytime after placing an order or up to 7 days of receiving your order. Notification of cancellation must be given in writing stating the order number and date of order, this return must be at your own cost. Contact us using our contact form or email . The goods must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We will issue a credit for the original goods excluding any original delivery charge, within 30 days of the return of goods to Pets Pantry NW Ltd

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods get back to Pets Pantry in the same condition they where received in. If goods are found to be of a non-merchantable condition or not in their original packaging when received by Pets Pantry; we will be entitled to deduct relevant cost. These charges will be for cleaning, re-packageing or repair as seen fit by Pets Pantry NW Ltd in order to put the goods out for resale.

If the product you asked for is not correct or is faulty notify us via our contact form within 48 hours including your order number and then return the product to us via a recorded service. If the correct product is in stock we will then despatch a replacement, providing the original product is confirmed as incorrect or faulty.

If a product is in good condition and you are returning for your own reasons, where a product is wrapped in packaging or has information labels attached we strongly recommend you retain these for a period of time in the event of you wanting to cancel the order or return the goods. As products returned without tags and outer packaging will incur a reduced credit in order for Pets Pantry NW Ltd to put them for resale.

We regret we cannot refund part open or used foods, veterinary items and personalised items such as pet tags unless the product is faulty.

The above returns policy does not include areas outside Mainland UK.
